I stayed here for a night and loved the spacious rooms that offered a chic atmosphere while being only a quick walk from Museo de Cera de la Ciudad de Mexico and less than a 5-minute stroll to the beautiful Alameda Central, making it easy to enjoy the vibrant city on foot.

The spacious Executive Suite was a highlight, featuring a beautiful marble bathroom and large windows. The rooftop restaurant offered delicious seasonal salads, enhancing the overall experience. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was quite loud, and there was a persistent smell of food from the restaurant's open kitchen in the lobby area. Despite these minor drawbacks, the service was exceptionally attentive, particularly from Arturo and Gabriela, who ensured that all my needs were met during the stay.

I've stayed at this hotel several times before, but my recent couple of nights felt like a whole new experience. The spacious beautiful suite and amazing rooftop restaurant exceeded my expectations this time. The staff was attentive.

Our 5-night getaway was delightful! The Roof Garden Stara served exceptional cocktails, perfect for a relaxing evening. Mr Sergio, the concierge, made our stay unforgettable with his insightful recommendations. Don’t miss the Luna Bistro for delicious meals, and request a room with better air conditioning for maximum comfort.

I had a fantastic stay! The rooms are huge and clean with big windows and a lovely balcony. The staff went above and beyond after I had an accident, finding a doctor for me. The only downside was the noise from the outside, even with the window closed. I'd definitely stay here again!

The rooftop restaurant serves up killer dishes, with those Bernese sausages sharpening my culinary instincts! Plus, the location is just perfect for exploring all the city has to offer.

Had a bit of a saga with the rooms—first a smelly bath, then a faulty A/C. No coffee pods for the coffee maker either, but at least the staff was friendly through it all.

I had a fantastic stay, enjoying the comfortable and large Deluxe Suite with lovely balcony views. The staff really went above and beyond, especially when they helped me find a doctor after I had an unfortunate fall. The rooftop restaurant was delightful, offering a great atmosphere and delicious meals. However, the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy at times, which could affect sleep quality.
